What sets us apart
Straight answers about the work
We explain the job in plain language before we get going. You can make decisions with a clear idea of what your roof needs.
High-durability materials
Our roofing materials are selected for lasting performance, not just appearance. You get a roof that's built to cope with daily exposure and changing weather.
Experience that keeps jobs moving
We've spent 20 years working on roofing projects of different sizes. That experience helps us spot issues early and keep your installation on track.
A new roof that protects your property properly
New roof installations are a big job, and they need to be done with care from the first strip back to the final fix. We handle complete roof replacement for homes and commercial properties, using materials that suit the building, the setting, and the life you need from the roof. A tired roof can let in water, become increasingly difficult to maintain and affect your property's condition and value over time.
North Wales Roofing Ltd replaces old roofing with a sound new system that gives you long-term protection and a cleaner finish. Here in Llandudno, we know roofs have to stand up to hard weather as well as daily wear. We bring 20 years of experience to each installation, keeping the job clear and straightforward from the outset.
Frequently asked questions
Debbie V, Yell
I arrived home to find rain dripping into my bedroom. Had a look on line and found North Wales Roofing. Called at 7.30 PM not expecting a reply. Karl answered in two rings and confirmed he could call round at 10.30 AM the following day. He and his workmate assessed the problem ( mostly poor previous workman ship) gave me a price and by 4.30 PM the job was done. To say that I was delighted is an understatement. Karl is a really nice guy, and you can tell he knows his stuff. I can say that without doubt that if you have any roof issues in the areas he covers, he is the guy to call. He is busy but will go out of his way to sort any issues you have as quickly as possible. Thank you guys !

How we approach a full roof replacement
Our installation process starts with a proper look at the existing roof so we can judge its condition and explain what needs to happen next. We talk you through suitable material choices, including options such as slate roofing and roof tiling where appropriate, helping you weigh up appearance, durability and what fits the building best.
Once work begins, we remove the worn roofing and install the new system in a planned sequence that keeps the project moving sensibly. This is especially important for larger domestic and small commercial jobs, where delays can quickly cause problems.
